With strong belief in community and bringing people together, the partners at Valnes Bell shared a vision of neighborhood offices, functioning as hubs for events, community meetings, parties and exhibits. We developed a brand platform and positioning which targeted first-time buyers and included education and fun, as key brand pillars. In keeping with the company’s hip and quintessentially L.A. personality, we created a retro-inspired California-modernist identity centered around a logo expressing the concept of a hub: a place to bring people together, creating community.
